i believe in art. i believe in the power of art and creation. i dont know how to explain it... but i was just sitting there one day, watching Ray, and as i was listening to Ray Charles play music... emotions just overwhelmed me and i started to cry. it was so beautiful, so emotional... art does that to me. im looking at photographs, listening to music, reading stories- they are all so beautiful, so magnificent. the passion artists have is so powerful, so captivating... i cant get over it.
i am an artist, i have fallen hopelessly in love with art, and i will never get over it.

in sociology, counterculture is a term used to describe a cultural group whose values and norms are at odds with those of the social mainstream, a cultural equivalent of a political Opposition
Im inviting you into a society im creating.
This society will be a league of guerilla artists.
In todays world, artists can be the most important figures in sending messages of society that need to be sent.
We are the storytellers, and the griots of todays world.
Artists with a passion for social justice use their craft to defy what is normally accepted by society. use your craft to make a statement about who you are, and how you view society.
Funerals, weddings, burials...anywhere where people will say that cameras arent allowed and are shunned.
People shun street musicians, as people who are "disturbing the peace" or playing too loud, or musicians who play music too "dark."
Share your music anywhere, and play where it is not welcome.
Paint murals anywhere-bridges, hotels, government buildings,
the world is your canvas.
Grafiti is a misconception, and a term born out of ignorance.
People who shun public street art, whether in graffiti form, street music or street photography are merely insecure with others invading their "personal space" and changing their lives.
A new generation of counterculture artists, my friend.
